The Tireless Beaurocrat
For some reason I like drawing trolls and fat people. This sketch was done for my blog a while back after dealing with months of beaurocracy getting a Paypal account up and running. I decided there must be a fat lazy beaurocrat running the show whose life was fulfilled by making people jump through hoops and fill out paperwork.
Hence the tireless beaurocrat.
In case you are wondering, "Requisition Abjured" is a beaurocrat's way of saying "Request denied".
